Feb 24, 2016 | McMahon Truck Centers Lawrenceburg, McMahon Truck Centers Nashville

McCormick Trucking was built on a simple pledge – to deliver exceptional service.

That pledge is alive and well everywhere you look at McCormick – including being named the United States Postal Service’s 2015 Eagle Safety Award.

When it comes to delivering that service – they look to McMahon Truck Centers of Nashville and Mack Trucks to provide the reliability and durability they need.

“We have enjoyed a strong relationship with McMahon Truck Centers and Mack Trucks for a long time and look forward to strengthening our partnership in the future,” says Eric Brown – Executive Director of McCormick Trucking. “The level of quality products and exceptional service we receive are among the best in the industry, and we are grateful to have partners like McMahon Truck Centers and Mack Trucks.”

In fact, in just the past few years, McCormick has added 110 new Mack Trucks from MTC Nashville to their growing fleet.

The Building of McCormick Trucking…

McCormick Trucking was founded in 1977 by Bob McCormick, and has remained family-owned ever since. Bob began the company with two trucks, driving one out of Nashville, Tennessee and operating the other from Atlanta, Georgia.

In 1995, Bob’s daughter Tracie followed in her father’s footsteps by establishing Tracie McCormick, Inc. Both companies continued to grow and have now merged under the name of McCormick Trucking to deliver that pledge of exceptional service each and every day.

With a focus on service and professionalism, McCormick expanded throughout the Southeast, and now run routes as far west as Texas, and as far north and east as the Indiana – Ohio – New York corridor.

McCormick is a dedicated mail hauler with a single client — the U.S. Postal Service.

McCormick currently operates 350 trucks with 400 drivers. During the busy holiday season from November to December – the company adds about 125 trucks and 150 drivers to it’s fleet.

McCormick operates from their corporate headquarters in Murfreesboro,Tennessee, with satellite operations in Orlando, Florida, Memphis, Tennessee, and Indianapolis, Indiana.  McCormick also maintains satellite locations in Atlanta, Goergia as well as Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama.  You can find out more at McCormick Trucking.
