We’re part of the Volvo Action Service 24/7 assistance program. You’ll find the emergency call number on your truck, on our door, and will be routed to it after hours from our phone system. When we get the call from Volvo Action, we determine if we have the part, and the best timing for the repair.
If you can make it to the Louisville McMahon Truck Centers, we will meet you at the shop. At any hour. “It’s always 3:00 AM, it seems like,” said Calvin Myers, Service Manager, Louisville McMahon Truck Centers.
We know uptime is essential, so we go the extra mile for you. “I came in here at 2:00 in the morning just to get a plastic hose. But that’s what got his truck running and back on the road. We try to exhaust everything we can to help the customer,” said Bedell.
