McMahon Truck Centers is proud to announce the promotion of Kathy Egan to Parts Director for the Columbus, Ohio location.
Kathy will take over for Ray Mullins, who is retiring at the end of August after 21 years with the Columbus, Ohio location, including the last 13 spent as the Parts Director.
Kathy began her career in Columbus as a receptionist in 2002. In 2003, she moved into the Parts Department with duties for both customer ordering and reconciling. She continued to take on additional responsibilities in the years following, and was promoted to Assistant Parts Director in 2008.
“For the last 13 years, I have been so fortunate to attend the equivalent of weekly classes from a kind and patient teacher in Ray Mullins,” says Kathy, “While I have attended Marketing Boot Camp, Mack / Volvo Uptime Conferences, as well as several Hino Conferences, nothing can quite take the place of the knowledge and experience I have learned while on the job, and from Ray.”
McMahon Truck Centers of Columbus is a full service dealer for Mack, Volvo and Hino Trucks, as well as Jerr-Dan bodies and equipment.
“Although we are certainly going to miss Ray’s experience and knowledge, Kathy’s training and skill set will make for an extremely smooth transition,” says McMahon Truck Centers of Columbus General Manager Dave Siler. “As we continue to grow and expand in the Central Ohio marketplace, she will help lead the charge when it comes to parts.”
