McMahon Truck Centers of Nashville hosted a joint meeting of the Maintenance Council and the Safety Council of the Tennessee Trucking Association.

In attendance were 60 plus of Nashville’s professional safety and maintenance professionals from the trucking industry in conjunction with the TTA and Tennessee law enforcement. The focus was on promoting safety through maintenance. The event started with dinner and a safety presentation by Gary Holbrook of Safety Services. Following the presentation, two teams were led by Tennessee State Troopers to perform mock Level 1 CSA roadside inspections.

The teams were able to interact with the troopers to gain real world knowledge of how safety and maintenance work hand in hand to keep us safe on the highways. McMahon Truck Centers Nashville provided the venue, food, and vehicles for inspection.
