Launching an additional location in the Columbus area has brought about some promotions for our legacy Columbus East location and our New Columbus West location. We wanted to recognize the people who have helped make these positive enhancements and grow our business from within.
Gary Michael: Service Director of both locations. Gary has been with McMahon Truck Centers for 11 years and was previously the Service Director at our East location. Gary has been a huge influence with these service promotions, as his experience within the company and new responsibility of two locations has given him a fresh take on his position. “My only intention is to prepare others in our company to excel and grow”, Gary says, “my goal is to see them prosper”.
Steve Pearson: Service Manager of McMahon Truck Centers Columbus West. Steve moved from being Gary’s assistant at our East location to an entirely new position as a Service Manager of our West location. Steve has many years of experience as a tech and shop foreman. He also played an instrumental role in setting up the new location at Columbus West. As Gary brings people into the shop, Steve knows how to groom the new talent, being a great asset to our company.
Christiana Rosenberger: Service Manager of McMahon Truck Centers Columbus East. Previously, Christiana was our Customer Satisfaction Manager at our East location. Christiana is a graduate of the Mack/Volvo DATE program. Christina has taken on the day to day responsibilities of our East location, the busiest in the whole McMahon dealership family. We expect Christiana will flourish and the business will continue to grow.
Paola Quinones: Paola just earned her master tech designation from Volvo/Mack. She is the first female tech in our whole McMahon family to reach this lofty goal. She came to us from Southern California by way of a local diesel school here in Columbus. We are very proud of her and her accomplishments. Paola says “Now that my title changed from “technician” to “master tech”, the biggest change for me will be receiving two more hours to diagnose an issue and the higher expectations by those above me. I am excited for both of those; making things more convenient on my end when trouble shooting and the space to aim higher and work with a stronger purpose. Regardless of any title changes, I am grateful to be working at a shop where growth and learning never cease.”
Sean Davis: Shop Foreman at McMahon Truck Centers Columbus East. Sean is also a graduate of the DATE program and a Veteran having served our county. Sean is a very bright young man, and we expect him to grow and succeed with our McMahon family of dealerships.
We congratulate and look forward to our newly promoted positions and all the opportunity they will bring to our business. McMahon Truck Centers is extremely proud of each and every one of our hard-working employees. Thank you for all you do, we would not be here without you!
